THE BASICS:

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND PREREQUISITES

OverWater needs particular prerequisites??

  • orientation of the device on the North-South axis (as the compass needle indicates)
  • distance of at least 50 cm from metal bodies (they can influence the magnetic field)
  • observe the water speed of 2 m/s (extremely important)

For how long is OverWater efficient?
The device is efficient for 36 months. After that period of time, its effect drops considerably.

Are there flow rate limitations?
To be more precise, all the water that passes through the device is physically altered.

Are there different models?

OverWater is available in two sizes, for pipes up to Ø 110 mm and up to Ø 140 mm.

SPEED AND FLOW RATE

WATER PIPE DIAMETER: for the sake of convenience, the values in the table are calculated on external pipe diameters as there are many thickness specifications (the exact flow rate and speed calculation is made on internal diameters).

FLOW RATE: the flow rate values in the table are the minimum flow rate*.

SPEED: the speed in the table is to be observed for the device to operate best. Increasing it does not lead to losses in performance, but reducing it makes the effect be gradually lost (e.g. 1.50 m/s with about 30% loss).
